Roy & Susan Miller
Proud owners of Exploring Awaits Child Care Centre Inc.
Roy (Poppy) has over 30 years experience in supervision, management, networking, and much more.
Susan (Nanny) is experienced in administration, reports, payroll, data, and much more.
Together they are motivated and dedicated to providing high-quality child care to the community of CBS.
Robyn Miller
Robyn is educated in Child and Youth Care with Addictions Support, Early Childhood Education, and has 14 years in the child care field. She has a Level 4 ECE certification for all age groups with her Honors Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Studies. Robyn is a proud wife and mother of 3! She has a passion for this field and enjoys the excitement the children bring to each day.
Jess Ward
Jess holds an Advance Diploma in Early Childhood Education as well as a diploma in Child and Youth Care with Addictions Support. She holds a Level 3 AECENL certification in all age groups and has over 10 years experience in the child care field.
She is a proud wife and mom! She feels rewarded to watch children learn and grow each and every day.

Meghan Marsh

Meghan currently holds a Level 4 Certification through AECENL with her Bachelor's in Applied Arts: ECE , and she has lots of experience in the child care field. She is a proud Auntie, dog, and cat mama! Meghan has lots of fun energy and is always making others laugh!
Shonda Noble

Shonda currently holds a Level 1 Certification through AECENL! She has over 10 years experience in the child care field. She is a proud mother and wife who has a natural nurturing nature. Shonda enjoys helping everyone out whenever she can!
Anna Lundrigan

Anna is new to the centre as an ECE, but was previously a wonderful student here! We're thrilled to have her with us for Maternity leave positions as she is an amazing addition to the team! She currently holds a Level 1 certification, but will soon have Level 2.
Andrea Flynn

Andrea is a fun and energetic child care provider with many years of experience both on the floor and in administration. She is a very proud mom to 2 beautiful children! She holds a Level 3 AECENL certification in Early Childhood Education and is working towards her Level 4!

Vanessa currently holds a Level 2 certification through AECENL in School Age care and is working hard toward her Level 1 ECE certification. Vanessa is a very proud mom of 2, and brings so much joy to every room she's in!
Morgan McDonald

Morgan completed her Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education and now holds a Level 3 certification! She has been in the child care field for 14 years with experience in many different roles. She loves being silly and witnessing children's imaginations grow!
Courtney Baker

Courtney is a loving wife and amazing dog mom. She currently holds a Level 1 - Preschool and Level 2 - School-Age certification through AECENL, as well as a diploma in Child and Youth Care with Addictions Support. She has been working with children for many years and has a passion for watching them learn and grow!

Shannon currently holds a Level 1 certification through AECENL in Early Childhood Education and is so close to finishing her diploma program to receive Level 2! She started with us as a student on her field placement and we're happy to have kept her!
Reganne Anthony

Reganne currently holds a Trainee Level through AECENL She has almost finished her journey towards receiving her Level 1 ECE, and is incredibly eager to get there! She has a natural passion for working with children and helping others.
